Yvan holds a master's degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is originally from Bellechasse, located in the suburbs of Levis and Quebec City. At the heart of his work are family values, honesty, and transparency. This is the basis on which he seeks to develop trust and proximity with all his clients.
Yvan has fiscal expertise in transactional matters (purchase and sale of businesses as well as internal reorganization). He specializes in asset acquisition and protection structures, and has reorganized several agricultural, real estate and manufacturing companies. He also stands out in the construction sector, having worked in the field for several years (CCQ, RBQ, GCR).
